You’ve been working hard to make a name for yourself. You create content on a regular basis, whether that’s writing blog posts, creating videos, or even recording a podcast. You know you want to take things to the next level, but you’re not sure how. Writing a book might be on your bucket list, but you keep pushing it into the “someday” pile because you think you don’t have the time to write it, or you just don’t see how it would help you grow your business.
I know where you’re coming from because I’ve been there!
Hi, I’m Dr. Beth Brombosz! I’ve been a running and fitness blogger for just over five years. In the fall of 2015, I decided to turn some of my blog posts into a book, Yoga for Runners, which I now sell on Amazon and on my health and fitness blog, Sublimely Fit. That book has helped me build my name as an expert on yoga for athletes, helping me build my following, mailing list, and my bottom line. It’s also been a nice little source of added income for my business.
After I published my book, I started to talk to some of my blogger friends about publishing books. It turned out that many of them had aspirations to become an author, but they never really followed through with it. Some thought it would be insanely hard to write a book. Some didn’t see it as a priority right now. But, the more I talked with them, the more they understood how important and how simple it was to become an author.
Those conversations were what spawned me to start Blogger to Author. I know how a book can really help you uplevel your platform, business, or blog. I know that if you really want to stand out from other experts in your niche, a book is one of the best and easiest ways to do just that.
My goal for Blogger to Author is to show you how surprisingly easy it is to become an author. I want to give you the knowledge and the framework you need to write and publish your book ASAP so you can reap the benefits of becoming an author. And, I want to help motivate you to stay on track and get your book out into the world.
If you’re ready to get rolling, I recommend starting in one of two places. First, if you don’t have a solid theme or plan for your book, get my free worksheet bundle. That will help you decide on a topic for your book so you know where you need to go.
If you’re ready to get writing, pick up a copy of my book, Blogger to Author: Turn Your Content into a Book. It walks you through every step of getting your book out into the world, from planning to writing to editing to marketing to publishing.
